4.Respondent :the Additional Municipal commissioner (Establishment) Patna. Municipal Corporation, Patna.

5.Respondent :The controller of Accounts and Finance, Patna Municipal corporation, Patna. 6.Respondent :The Executive Officer, Patna city Circle, Patna MunicipaL Corporation , patna. Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah Member(Legal Profession) : Mr. Binod Bihari Sinha, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: As agreed between the parties, the writ petition stands disposed off in the following terms.

Learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation agrees that the admitted dues of the petitioner in terms of Annexure-1 amounting to Rs. 74,450/- shall be paid to him within two months from today, subject to verification that the order still holds. The assurance has been given in the presence of Mr. Uday Krishnan, Additional Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation. As the grievance also relates to the payment of arrear of salary and learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation informed that the same has been paid, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she has no instructions on it. It shall be open to the petitioner to represent before the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation within three weeks from today, if the same has still not been paid.

Learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation agrees that upon such representation, appropriate order shall be passed, in accordance with law within the next two weeks and further, if any payment is found due to the petitioner, the same shall be paid, if already not paid, within the next two months.

The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
