The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 25(1-B)/26 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, one gun, one pistol and four live and six empty cartridges is said to have been recovered in this case. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 17-03-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. One gun, one pistol, four live and six empty cartridges were recovered from joint house of the petitioner . There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 48 of 2019.
