In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case No.149 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 504, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the co-accused including the petitioners is to have assaulted the son of the informant and also opened fire causing injury to the victim.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42447 of 2019(2) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioners surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail, the Court below will consider the same and pass appropriate order without being influenced by the order of this Court.
