2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, but till date the said representation has not been disposed of.

3. Considering the above-mentioned facts, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16238 of 2021(3) dt.25-07-2024 2/2 respondent no. 2 (The District Magistrate, East Champaran, at Motihari) along with all supporting documents within a period of two weeks and the respondent no. 2 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within six weeks thereafter.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
