JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-02-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Bikram P.S. Case No.33 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/ 26 of the Arms Act. Considering the fact that on the statement of the petitioner, country made pistol and live cartridges have been recovered and the petitioner is also an accused in a criminal case registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this regular bail application is dismissed.
