2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 239 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have committed loot of a motorcycle. During investigation, the name of the petitioner has come in the self inculpatory statement of co-accused. The petitioner is accused in eleven similar and serious cases.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43756 of 2025(3) dt.03-09-2025 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, gravity of the offence and the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
