JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 28-11-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to ensure issuance of correct bill with regard to electricity supply made for last 6 months; further be directed to point out the adjusted amount paid in the meanwhile and admissible dues surviving to be paid, after due verification of sanction load, respective supply and other aspects considerable in the present context.
2. Without going into the merits of the matter, this Court takes note that the grievance of the petitioner is against the bill dated 05.04.2014 for Rs. 58,162/- said to be in excess of the amount legitimately due. Learned counsel for the parties agree that no case has been made out against the petitioner for unauthorized use of electricity or theft in order to attract the provision of Section 126 or 135 of the Act.

3. In the above view of the matter, the grievance of the petitioner may well be agitated before the statutory CGRF constituted under Section 42(5) of the Act, which has not been availed of by the petitioner who has straightway approached before this Court.
4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the CGRF for redressal of his grievances in accordance with law.
