JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Falka (Pothiya) P.S.Case No. 278 of 2017 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian penal Code. Submission is that FIR is against unknown persons and it is said that petitioner was last seen with the deceased going on an ambulance and petitioner's name appeared on the confessional statement of co-accused Suraj Prakash who is said to have promised to provide job to the deceased and had taken two and half lacs, however, this petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 28.09.2017.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Manish Kumar Singh, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with
