The petitioner is in custody since 01.09.2018 in connection with Case No. C1-32/2014 (Spl Case No. 1927/17) registered for the offence punishable under Sections 47-A of the Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were from the damaged house and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a poor labourer and has no criminal antecedent.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71944 of 2018(6) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge Excise, Purnea, in connection with Case No. C1-32/2014 (spl Case No. 1927/17).
