The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Nasriganj P.S. Case No. 177 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim girl has not yet been recovered.

Considering this fact, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner notwithstanding the fact that the petitioner is the neighbour of Raju Ram against whom there is main allegation.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
