Learned counsel for the State Bank of India agrees that in terms of the sanction of the State Government in favour of the petitioner, copy of which has been made Annexure-A to the counter affidavit filed by the State, necessary payment shall be made to the petitioner within six weeks. The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
