Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Complaint Case No.1345C of 2021 registered for the offence/s punishable under Section/s 341, 342, 323, 379, 498(A), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
The main submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner are that the petitioner is husband of the complainant and the instant matter is based on complaint filed by her against this petitioner and petitioner has been summoned for the offence punishable under Section 498A of the IPC and he has been languishing in jail since 22.05.2023
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45149 of 2023(2) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 and a matrimonial dispute in between this petitioner and his wife is stated to be the genesis of the occurrence and there is no evidence in respect to the alleged physical cruelty. 4.
Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the bail prayer.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the above submissions, in my opinion it is a fit case for bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail in connection with Complaint Case No.1345C of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
