Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Siswan P.S. Case No.112 of 2017, registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized six years ago with son of the petitioners and due to non-fulfillment of demand of motorcycle, the daughter of the informant was killed by the accused persons. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the demand of motorcycle was made by the husband and not by the petitioners who are father-in-law and mother-in-law living separately and husband is in custody and both petitioners are in judicial custody since 28.08.2017.
