The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 88 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 506 and 120B of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Patna.

Submission is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that nothing has been alleged against the petitioner. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner with submission that there is specific allegation against the petitioner in the case diary. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1374 of 2017 (8) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is rejected.
