JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Birpur PS Case No. 257 of 2016 registered under Sections 366/34 of the IPC. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that it was a case of elopement. The allegation is that she was kidnapped in day hours on a motorcycle but no alarm was raised. The prosecutrix is major aged 19 years of age and the petitioner is in custody since 17.4.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Bijendra Kumar Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM Birpur, Supaul in connection with Birpur PS Case No. 257 of 2016.
