JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-10-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 82 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 379 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he induced the son of informant and taken away jewellery kept in the shop. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that neither in the F.I.R. nor during course of investigation anything has come against the petitioner and only on the submission of son of the informant, he has been made accused in this case. Petitioner is a shopkeeper and is ready to abide by any condition imposed on him.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in
