JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-03-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C.') has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 03.05.2016 passed in Cr. Revision No. 13 of 2015 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Siwan whereby the revision application preferred against the order dated 12.01.2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan in Misc. Case No. 1 of 2014, arising out of Complaint Case No. 193 of 2012 has been dismissed. The application filed under Section 482 of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4540 of 2017 (2) dt.27-03-2018 2/2 Cr.P.C. is apparently in the nature of second revision which is barred under Section 397(3) of the Cr.P.C.

In that view of the matter, I see no merit in this application. It is dismissed, accordingly.
