This is an application for bail in connection with Kudhani P.S.Case No. 393 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 307, 436, 332, 333 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioners are named in the FIR and allegation against is that they have obstructed policy party and also assaulted them. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that FIR has been lodged against 33 named accused and 40 unknown persons and though petitioners are named but no specific allegation is attributed against them and they are in custody for more than one and a half months.

Having heard both sides and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Nayan Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kudhani P.S.Case No. 393 of 2017, subject to the following conditions :- (1) One of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned,
(2) Petitioners will co-operate in trial and appear on each and every date in court, except showing any genuine reason, failing which their bail bonds shall be cancelled.
