JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-01-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure filed against the order dated 16.11.2016 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Divorce Case No.27 of 2012 by which the learned Principal Judge, Family Court rejected the application filed by the petitioner (opposite party no.2) for recalling the order dated 13.04.2016 is not maintainable in law, as the order was not passed by the learned Principal Judge in any criminal proceeding. In that view of the matter, the application is dismissed as not maintainable.
