2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. P.S. Case No. 272 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(a) IPC and 3/4 of D.P. Act and subsequently cognizance has been taken under Sections 323 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 D.P. Act.

3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute.

4. The matter has been resolved in Mediation Centre.

5. It has been jointly submitted that the couple are leading happy conjugal life.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or

Case No. 272 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
