Though Mr. S.D.Sanjay, learned Addl. Solicitor General, informs that the Secretary, Home Ministry, has nothing to do with the grievance raised by the petitioner but in the nature of the order which this Court proposes to pass it would not be required to pass any order on the submission so made. Prayer of the petitioner is for direction to the respondents to consider his case for grant of the benefit of 3rd
Patna High Court CWJC No.65 of 2017 (5) dt.13-10-2017 Assured Career Progression from the date his juniors have been granted together with the consequential benefits. Mr. Ram Hriday Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, has invited the attention of this Court to the representation filed by the petitioner at Annexure 1 to submit that the grievance was earlier raised by the petitioner before the Commandant, 147 Battalion, CRPF, Kashipur (respondent no.6) but since it has not been disposed of, hence this writ petition. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that the issue yet remains pending for a decision before the Commandant, I deem it proper to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Commandant, 147 Battalion, CRPF, Kashipur (respondent no.
6) to consider the grievance of the petitioner either by himself or by referring the same to the appropriate authority concerned and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
