2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Shyampur Bhatahan PS Case No. 153 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 448, 379, 504, 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are on Police Bail.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48030 of 2023(2) dt.22-08-2023 2/2 case, it appears that the matter is well covered by the decision of this Court in the case of Mahendra Prasad Singh Vs. State of Bihar, reported in 2004(3) P.L.J.R., 491.
5. In view of the above, it is directed that petitioners may surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today. In case, petitioners surrender and file an application for bail, the concerned Court will pass an order in the similar manner as has been decided in the case of Mahendra Prasad Singh (Supra).
6. With the above directions/observations, this application is disposed of.
