The petitioner is in custody in connection with Siwan Rail P.S. Case No. 43 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been apprehended in the instant case only on suspicion. He further submits that the petitioner jumped from the running train. One mobile phone has been recovered from his possession. The petitioner is in custody since 06.03.2019. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
