JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in Sathi PS Case No. 80 of 2017 registered under Section 304B of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that just after two years of marriage the informant's daughter was killed by setting fire on the body as further demand was not fulfilled.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that specific allegation is against Parwej Alam, husband of the deceased, the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law respectively and the husband is in custody. It has come in the diary that petitioner No. 1, the father-in-law, was in Punjab for earning his livelihood and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Bismillah Ansari and Nuraisha Khatoon are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) by both of them with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sathi PS Case No. 80 of 2017.
