The petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2018 in connection with Deodha P.S. Case No.112 of 2018 (G.R.No.1391 of 2018), registered under Sections 341, 323, 386, 379, 504, 290, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 37(C) of Bihar Wine Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the allegation levelled against the petitioner is of having demand of Rangdari, in fact the allegation of having been in drunken stage stands also against one co-accused, namely, Atabul Rain who has since been granted regular bail in Cr. Misc. No.71155 of 2018 vide order dated 04.12.2018. In view of the aforementioned facts and
