JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-12-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Siwan Town P.S.Case No. 345 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 120B and 302 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that deceased was having love relationship with one of the accused, married daughter of the informant, so allegation is that Vijay Kumar Gupta, Rohit Kumar @ Mahavir, Bhim Kumar along with some unknown persons kidnapped nephew of the informant from a shop and brought to their house, thereafter all assaulted him and due to which he succumbed to injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are ladies, being wife and daughter of accused Vijay Kumar Gupta respectively, and they have been falsely implicated in this case and

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances and as there is general and omnibus allegation against petitioners, so they, namely, Malti Devi and Guriya Kumari @ Guriya Devi , are directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Siwan Town P.S.Case No. 345 of 2017.
