JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 302/120(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The deceased was done to death by tying the neck with Gamchha and the wife of the deceased suspected the involvement in the commission of crime, as she has threatened with dire consequences, because the informant and husband of the petitioner have opposed the illicit relationship of the petitioner with Subhash Rai.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 10.03.2019.
Considering the fact that the informant suspected the

No.42436 of 2019(4) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 involvement of the petitioner in the instant case and there is no eye witness to the occurrence, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019.
However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial at the earliest preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) uday/- U T
