====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 30-08-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. The present M.J.C. application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No.5080 of 2023 which was dismissed due to non-compliance of the order dated 19.07.2023 by which

Patna High Court MJC No.2034 of 2024(3) dt.30-08-2024 3/3 four weeks time was granted to the petitioner to remove all the defects, as pointed out by the office in the S.R. defect.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently some defects have been removed and some defects could not be removed within time. He submits that he is ready to remove all defects in case two weeks further time is granted to him.

4. It is made clear that in the light of the pleadings made, writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. No. 5080 of 2023 is hereby restored to its original file. Time for completing the order is extended for two weeks further but in case the said defects could not be removed within two weeks, the M.J.C. order shall not be made effective.
