The petitioner seeks bail in Kadam Kuan P.S. Case No. 524 of 2017 Special Case No. 174 of 2017 registered under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

280 grams of ganja is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious physical possession of the petitioner. He has been falsely implicated in the case on suspicion. He has no criminal antecedent. Alleged recovery comes under the ambit of small quantity. He has been languishing in custody since 18.11.2017. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1133 of 2018 (2) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Patna in connection with Kadam Kuan P.S. Case No. 524 of 2017 Special Case No. 174 of 2017. However, learned lower court is directed to accept the bail bond of the petitioner after one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
