The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No.106 of 2017, a case under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Buxar.

The informant is eyewitness of the occurrence. The petitioner is the main assailant. The petitioner is in custody since 01.07.2017.

I do not find any merit in the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that since other named accused have not been sent up for trial after investigation the petitioner deserves

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56288 of 2017 (3) dt.17-01-2018 P2/ bail. Hence, prayer for bail is refused. The learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
