ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 13-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 07.07.2017 in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No.110 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement made before the police by one Deepak Kumar, which has no evidentiary value. He further submits that there has been no recovery from his possession and he is having clean antecedents.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on
