No.2148 of 2015, this appeal has been filed under Clause 10 of the Letters Patent. Records indicate that petitioner was appointed on contract basis and finding the petitioner to be a contract employee appointed for providing Midday Meal supplied by the Government
Patna High Court LPA No.1181 of 2015 dt.02-08-2017 2/2 through an N.G.O., this writ petition has been dismissed by holding that petitioner, a contract employee, does not have any right after the period of contract has come to an end.
In dismissing the writ petition on such consideration, we are of the considered view, the learned Writ Court has not committed any error warranting re-consideration.
The appeal is, therefore, dismissed.
