JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 03-08-2018 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to efflux of time, this application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure challenging the order dated 19.07.2016 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-V, Kaimur, Bhabhua in S. Tr. No.145 of 2010 arising out of Durgawati P.S. Case No.164 of 2009 whereby the learned Sessions Judge has rejected the application dated 02.06.2016 filed by the informant for issuing summons to the Medical Officer has become infructuous.
In view of the submission made above, the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42228 of 2016 (2) dt.03-08-2018 application is dismissed as infructuous.
