JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-08-2018 In compliance to the order of this Court dated 07.12.2015 passed in CWJC no. 23566 of 2013, the petitioner has been reinstated by order 13.04.2016 passed by the District Education Officer, Vaishali, however without any back wages. I find that there is no violation of the order of this Court in the present petition, however if so advised, the petitioner may assail the order dated 13.04.2016.

The present contempt petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
