JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Parbatta (Mariya) P.S. Case No. 313 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 366, 372/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials available on record, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of bail is rejected. However, if the trial is not concluded within a period of six months from today, the trial court shall release the petitioner on bail on its own satisfaction.
