2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 64/2025 dated 17.03.2025 registered for the offence punishable u/s 25(1-B)(a), 25(1-AA), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, on seeing police two miscreant riding a motorcycle started fleeing away but there were apprehended. On search, four country-made pistols, 30 live cartridges, two mobile phones and a motorcycle were recovered from the possession of the petitioners. Further, the petitioners disclosed that the said weapons and cartridges were

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners have no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioner no. 2 has clean antecedent whereas the petitioner no. 1 is accused in two other criminal cases as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioners are in custody since 18.03.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Khagaria, in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 64/2025, with the condition:- (i). The petitioners are directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable

7. The application stands allowed.
