2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.Case No. 191 of 2024 registered for the offence under sections 87, 96, 3(5) of the BNS.

3. The petitioners are relatives of the main accused Dilkhush Kumar, who is alleged to have abducted the victim girl.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and they have falsely

5. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the bail application of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai / concerned court below in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.Case No. 191 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/ Section 482 of the BNSS.
