This is a case registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Bijaypur P.S. Case No. 109 of 2017 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj.

It appears that the informant in the case diary has supported the prosecution case with complicity of the petitioner. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer is rejected for the present.
