That this writ petition is preferred on behalf of the above named petitioners for quashing the letter no.771 dated 14.06.2024, issued by Circle Officer, Aurai, District-Muzaffarpur, fixing the date on 26.06.2024 for removing the Encroachment from the land appertaining to Plot No. 56, situated at Village Rasalpur Bhado, P.S. Aurai, District Muzaffarpur in connection with

Patna High Court CWJC No.9907 of 2024(3) dt.12-08-2024 2/2 Encroachment Case No.05 of 2023-24 and has sought police assistance from SDO, East Muzaffarpur."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the encroachment in question has already stood removed, hence the present writ petition be disposed off.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
