Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,307,379,504,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of assault at the head of the husband of the informant with lathi. Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2017, he has got no criminal antecedent nor there is any allegation of repetition of blow.

Considering the facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56984 of 2017 (3) dt.08-01-2018 the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Narpatganj Police Station Case No.351 of 2017, G.R.No.2565 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
