The dismissal of the writ application vide order dated 24.07.2015 is not required to be interfered with. Besides the reason which has been provided by the learned single Judge, the fact as it stands now is that the Kanti Thermal Power Station is no longer in existence as an entity. The unit was under the

Patna High Court LPA No.2110 of 2015(2) dt.13-09-2017 2/2 erstwhile Bihar State Electricity Board, which also does not exist any more under the new Electricity Act, 2003, new companies have been put in place. Therefore, none of the authorities against which relief can be granted are now in existence legally.

Appeal is dismissed.
