The issue raised in the present writ application is covered by the decision of the Apex Court in the case of Mukesh Kumar and others Vs. State of Bihar and others 2017(5) 383.
Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction of the respondent District Programme Officer
Patna High Court CWJC No.14227 of 2019(2) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 (Establishment), Muzaffarpur to examine the claim of the petitioner and decide the same at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order on the basis of principle laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Mukesh (Supra).
With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
