Petitioner seeks bail in Falka (Pothia) P.S. Case No.418 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 300 litres country made liquor has been recovered from the car of which petitioner is said to be the driver.
