Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 22 of 2021 registered for the offence under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in Cr. Misc.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44767 of 2022(4) dt.01-05-2023 2/2 No. 57893 of 2021. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge VIII, Nawada in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 22 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/- U T
