2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

3. 135.375 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from Scorpio vehicle.

4. It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is neither driver nor owner of vehicle in question. Petitioner has got no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the

No.45863 of 2023(2) dt.10-08-2023 2/2 court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Exclusive Excise Court No. II-cum-Additional Sessions Judge XII, Bhagalpur in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 68 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
