2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of Indian Penal Code.

3. The case of the prosecution is that some unknown miscreants have snatched Rs. 29587/- on gun point from the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the FIR was lodged against unknown miscreants. During course of investigation, one Guddu has given his confessional statement and he has named this petitioner in his confessional statement. Nothing has been

Learned counsel has submitted that co-accused Vishal has also given his confessional statement. Save and except confessional statements of co-accused persons, there is nothing against this petitioner. Learned counsel has further submitted that other co-accused persons have already been granted bail by learned co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 78641 of 2023 and 23923 of 2024. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 13.03.2026.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 106 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Motihari, East Champaran.
