BAJANTHRI ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 01-12-2021 Mr. Vikas Ratan Bharti, learned University counsel accepts notice. Since the petitioner has mentioned to take up the matter on priority basis, the matter is taken up for final decision. Heard learned counsels for respective parties. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(a) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus, directing and commanding upon the respondent Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar, Bihar University, Muzaffarpur, Bihar (for brevity referred as "University") to publish the examination schedule of B. Pharma for Academic Year 2020-21 (First Semester) and hold the same in time as other universities have already published
Patna High Court CWJC No.16373 of 2021 dt.01-12-2021 2/2 examination schedule of First Semester of Academic Year 2020-21.
(b) For holding and declaring that the action of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar, Bihar University, Muzaffarpur, Bihar in not publishing the examination schedule of B.Pharma for Academic Year 2020-21 is absolutely bad in law as same is going to adversely affect the future of students who have been allowed to take admission pursuant to the orders of Pharmacy Council of India and the respondent University.
(c) Any other relief/reliefs which this Hon'ble Court deems fit."
Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, the University could not undertake time to time examination. The Petitioner has submitted a letter dated 16.08.2021 vide Annexure-P/7.
There is an inaction on the part of the respondentUniversity, therefore, the respondents-University are hereby directed to take note of the petitioner's grievance and redress the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.
With the aforesaid observations, the present petition stands disposed off.
