Petitioner seeks bail in Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No.133 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 447, 302, 120-B/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the informant of the case. She has lodged the case levelling allegation that when her husband was sleeping in the night, he was shot dead by some unknown person.

During investigation, on the basis of CDR, police arrested this petitioner and recorded her confessional statement

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76691 of 2018(4) dt.20-02-2019 2/2 and thereafter remanded in the instant case.

Petitioner is in custody since 02.06.2018.

Counsel for the informant has appeared and opposed the prayer for bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, V, Begusarai, in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No.133 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) J. Alam/- U T
