2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial Case No. 05/2023 arising out of Beur P.S. Case No. 189 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 363/365 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was killed by unknown persons. During investigation it has come that the petitioner was hired to kill the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2022, he is quite innocent and has not committed any offence.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed with direction to the Court below to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
