2. The petitioner is in custody since 29.03.2023 in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No. 122 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The petitioner is accused of snatching of Rupees Forty-five thousand along co-accused persons. He is accused in five cases of similar nature.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's name has come in the confessional statement of coaccused and there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade.

5. However, learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Purnea in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No. 122 of 2018.
7. The petitioner is directed to be released after framing of charge. He shall also produce a demand draft of Rupees Twenty-five Thousand in the court of learned Magistrate in the name of the informant at the time of furnishing bail bond. The draft of Rs. 25,000/- will be handed over to the informant by the trial Court.
8. The furnishing of the demand draft is without prejudice to the case of the petitioner and the petitioner shall not be presumed to have accepted his guilt.
9. The petitioner is directed to appear before the Jamui Police Station on the 1st Sunday of each month. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
